One way is to buy a web console and configure your console to use webconsole and the you would be able to use ctrl+b from any where where you can access youe webconsole.

1.Do you have Web-console or Lan-console? After you configurating your web-console or lan-console,you can use Ctrl+B function in remote office!
2.Configurate a dial-up modem in your box. Then you can dial to your box from remote office. In this way, you also can use Ctrl+B function.

YOu can enable remote console on the machine.

You can enable this by going into GSP and giving LC.

Give a ip for accessing the remote LAN console.

The only thing is that you can either use any one like console of remote LAN console.
