If you have a software support contract with HP, you can just request it from them. You are entitled to these as part of your support.

Hi Stephen,

If you have a valid support contract with HP, all you have to do is just call HP and ask them to send it to you.

Otherwise if you dont have a valid support contract, you need to call HP to purchase it.

OK, so "who" do I call? Telling me to call HP is kind of a vague answer... The Response Center couldn't help and I can't find the Media listed in the SUM on the ITRC so that is why I'm here.

Got to SUM, select "Request Update", then check "All Contracts" and "view by release". You should see 11iV1 listed there (at least I do for my contracts).
