If you have a valid support contract with HP, all you have to do is just call HP and ask them to send it to you.
Otherwise if you dont have a valid support contract, you need to call HP to purchase it.

Got to SUM, select "Request Update", then check "All Contracts" and "view by release". You should see 11iV1 listed there (at least I do for my contracts).
