How I can limited access menu to specific user?

Dear All,
My customer have one single account to manage the all print jobs comming from many officers.

I want the solution that let "printadmin" users can manage the printjon.
-moving each job from single default printer to the designed printers.
-Cancel print job.

I already have the solution with SMH(TUI). But I'm looking for SMH(GUI). Now I already..
-Creat "printadmin"user.
-Primary group of "printadmin" user is "lp" and secondary group is "hpsmh"
-Setting the security in SMH to allow "lp" group can login in to SNH web GUI.
-Let every officer to print into single default (disabled) printer.
-"printadmin" will logon to SMH GUI. Select (Out of order) each print job and move to the designed printer.

I 'm requesting the solution for when "printadmin: logon to SMH GUI. But he can see only print job management page.

if you have SAM , you can setup a restricted user to do that.

# sam -r ## Invoke the Restricted SAM Builder. This
enables the system administrator to provide
limited non-superuser access to SAM
functionality.
OR

you can use RBAC functionality if you have installed on your OS.

How about if I want to limit access menu to SMH WEB GUI for specific user?

Which version of HP-UX OS do you use ?
11.23 OR 11.31 ?

Sorry for didn't check this thread for along time..

I'm using 11.31 .

Now With sam -r . Specific user (member of Primary lpd and secondary smh group member) can control the print queue but they still can see other menu.
