How to add a language package to system

I want to add a language package "zh_CN.gbk" to my system. The system runs hpux 11.23. What should i do?

There are no hits on the language "package" you put in your post.

Language support software is found in the following places:

Core OS cd: certainly.
Application cd's: maybe
http://software.hp.com : maybe.
