how to check the Number of hard disk with their usage/free qouta.
Hi,
I would like to know a command which provide the information collectively about number of hard disks and a qouta of disk has used/free.

Re: how to check the Number of hard disk with their usage/free qouta.
First you need to differentiate between disks and file systems.
You don't have quotas on disks, but on file systems.
Regarding the disks:
You can use vgdisplay -v vgxx to see how much space is assigned to LVOLs and how much is free.
SAM can help you to see the number of "real" disks vs. alternate pathes.
Use something like "bdf" to see the free/used space on file systems.
