How to configure a PPP connection with an L-class HP-UX 11.x server
I followed the instruction in document : 2200006850 for connection between the server and Win98. However, when I tried to dial in, it always shows connected but give me an empty screen. Changing to software flow control however, did helps a little in that the PPP login prompt appears. But once I am logged on, the pppd.log always shows "Missing UI, frame flushed".
How can I get my PPP connection up and running.
Thanks!

Re: How to configure a PPP connection with an L-class HP-UX 11.x server
Make sure that both the client and the server are configured to talk to each other using the right modem settings.
Here is a HP's online doc that shows how to configure PPP which may help you verify you have configured it correctly.

Re: How to configure a PPP connection with an L-class HP-UX 11.x server
Thanks!
I managed to get a connection onto the server. However, I am not able to ping to the server or anywhere else.
When I do a netstat -i, the Ipkts and Opkts shows 0.
Is there anything else I need to do?
