How to configure ethernet channel bonding in HP-UX 11.0 and 11i?
My Linux, Netware and Windoze servers have their Ethernet adapters bonded in failover mode.
Any ideas on how you do this in HPUX 11.0 and 11i?
Help/advice appreciated.

Re: How to configure ethernet channel bonding in HP-UX 11.0 and 11i?
You must be joking!
So, here's another thought:
What if I were to set the same IP on both NICs? Any reasons why that should not work?

Re: How to configure ethernet channel bonding in HP-UX 11.0 and 11i?
As for the additional charge nature of APA, by all means bring that up with your sales rep or reseller and/or excercise your support contract to have an enhancement/defect filed against the base transport.
I'll note that at one point in time, just about all the NIC drivers present were not part of the base OS, but then in future releases they became part of the base OS. I cannot say that is planned for APA, but it would be good for folks to send their feedback on the topic through official channels.
