How to configure Load Balancing and Round Robin

I have 2 DNS Server and I want them to do balancing services. I have no experience in configuring Load balancing or round robin in DNS server, any expert on this one can help me with my configuration? Which file should I do the config? any example you can give me? thank you in advance. attached is the ip add of DNS.
