How to configure local printer

Hi All,
We are using IBM emulator software for telnet pupose, Emulator version is version 4.2 for windows nt and windows 95.one of my client have wipro dotmatrix printer,how to configure this dotmatrix printer in client side,suppose this is network printer then i configure via SAM or jetadmin tool.But this is local printer, so i don't how configure this local printer.Any option is available to confgure client IP in server side i.e similler to windows local printer mapping.

Please guide to me.

ILINK for windows supports printing to the local printer, from unix sessions.

I don't no if it is a local PC printer or one on the server?
If it is a PC local printer then create with sam an remote printer to that PC/printer.
