How to configure the Webconsole?

Hi All,
How to configure the webconsole? What I have to do in hardware side?

The initial IP for the webconsole is
192.0.0.192 (hp preconfigured IP)
The client_host running the browser (eg Internet Explorer) must on the same IP subnet as the webconsole, and add it to the gateway list. ( # route add 192.0.0.192 )
access http://192.0.0.192 through webbrowser and follow instructions on screen.

Don't forgot to add arp entry for the default IP using arp command

With explorer or netscape http://192.0.0.192,add this ip in your route table.In prompt of web console set user,password and new ip.
