How to configure to connect to a web server through internet ?

i have a rx2660 server with hp-ux 11i v3 OE.
using Apache based web server

how can i open a website(inside the server) through internet by key in the internet dynamic ip on IE browser?


For info, the network have another 2 server that connecting thru a same internet router .
