How to configure VPN conection from windows to HPUX

Hi,
we need to configure VPN to connect our HPUX v11.31 to another site with windows 20033ee server.
Could we use IPSEC policy? OpenVPN?

HPUX --> internet <--- Windows

Exactly we need to connect over cipher tunnel from our HPUX database to Sharepoint (windows).
