You have a 72GB disk drive, around 70GB is in use by LVM, so there is no space left.

Use "diskinfo" to check and calculate PE size * total PE from vgdisplay (see above).

You have "Free PE 2720" in the VG which can be used to create new lvs of extend existing LVs.
Your lvextend is failing because lvol3 needs to be contiguous and there is no space adjacent to lvol3 the lvextend fail.

There is no free space space on the disk which can be used to create a new partition but there is free space on the VG.
