edit: /etc/cmcluster/"packigename"/
than make sure the file system are mounted again by the server:
/etc/fstab (for mount points
/etc/export (for exports)
than make sure that after a reboot the file systems are activated:
/etc/lvmrc
than make sure the filesystems are no longer in shares mode (vgchange)
than make sure the disks are disconected and only visable from the remaing server (this wil prevent problems in the future)
After this changes you can use the swremove...

Solutionlook at the following document, page 31. It contains SG de-installation notes. Regarding VG control, to remove a particular volume group from under SG control, use vgchange -c n
