Offhand, I can only say try fsadm, fstyp and also swlist -l product|grep -i -e "jfs" -e "vxfs"

You can use the command:
swlist -l product -a revision JournalFS
to find out the version of JFS you are using.

Solution
If you want to know the version that is installed, use swlist. However it is possible to create an FS with a lower version of JFS. To determine the version of a particular file system, use fstyp -v [lvol].
