How to fix the following error in Connect Direct
I got an error and the help file for connect direct told me
" Check the setting of the security files in the API/CLI configuration file for accuracy. Restart the CLI. Make sure that the user key file and the server key file match for the host. If this problem persists, contact Sterling Commerce Customer Support "
I don't know where these configuration files resides and how to restart the CLI.
Do anyone know where the user key file and server key file exists and what should I check there.
Thanks in advance.
