How about just an interactive swcopy, swinstall or swlist, then select production description and then dependancies ?

(The proper terminology isn't "packages" but SD products or filesets.)

For example for PHSS_35978, you can use:
$ swlist -a corequisite -a prerequisite PHSS_35978
========================================================
# PHSS_35978
PHSS_35978.CORE-64SLIB
PHSS_35978.CORE-SHLIBS
