How to get and install patch bundle ???

I need this patch bundle below !!!!

b. HP-UX 11.00
Latest Support Plus Bundle is 'December 2001 SP-0112'
Part Number: 5012-0014


Now, is there a web site where I can get this or do I have to order it ?

For internal HP people, can I get it from swdepot.atl.hp.com ??? I can not find an easy place for this kind of info.

Hi,

If you have a support contract with HP and have the system handle, then try this link:

http://us-support2.external.hp.com/

Log in to SUM, select the OS you need and request for the CD you needed. HP will process it, and will send you the CD.

If you have a software contract with HP, you can go to www.itrc.hp.com, login, and go to SUM (software update manager). From there, you can directly download the bundle and/or order the cdrom for delivery. You do have to have a system handle linked to your user account in order to access SUM.
