How to install base IP printer in HP-UX 11.23

I have a number old printer direct connect to the network , they are not using HP Jet Direct but some other type of network connect. The good thing is they all support LPR printing and I can use LPR printing form my old TRU64 5.1 system.

I don't know hoe to install these printer on the new HP box (Running HP-UX 11.23), can some one give me a hand?
