I have downloaded software for sudo and it contains one depot and one tar file as given below.
First i have installed depot file and it is showing on the server.
Is there any additional steps to install sudo.If it is please provide the details.

Re: How to install sudo on HP-UX11.00?
with swinstalling everthing is done for installing.
The tar-file contains the source-code, but that is not needed if you dont want to implement own features.
The next step for you ist to configure what someone should be able do to via sudo.
Therefore run "visudo" to edit /etc/sudoers.

SolutionJust eneter: visudo
Example:
oracle svr005 = NOPASSWD: /usr/openv/netbackup/scripts/DB/DB_activate, /usr/openv/netbackup/scripts/DB/DB_deactivate
That allows the oracle user on server svr005 to run the 2 scripts DB_activate and DB_deactivate as root without a password.
for more info:
man sudoers

Re: How to install sudo on HP-UX11.00?
echo $PATH
If not, locate the sudo and visudo commands and append the full directory name containing sudo to the end of the /etc/PATH file. Be sure to append a colon (:) and then path, soemthing like this:
...other_paths/:/opt/sudo/bin
That way, you (and other users) can just type the command: sudo
