how to invoke a ocx file in forms 6i

Hi,

I want to invoke an external device (say webcam) in forms 6i when a button is pressed...

so one of my friend told that it can be achieved by invoking the OS file "ImageScan.ocx" file in the forms 6i......

So can any one give me step by step procedure how to go about.......
