How to know the server is PA-RISC or not ?

Hi Admins,

Im working on HP server with " HP-UX SERVER B.11.00 E 9000/887" model.

How to know the server is PA-RISC or not? Is there any command, etc..

Be sure it is a PA-RISC.

Looks like a very, very old G- or H-class server (at least 10 years old)

n Itanium server will have an "x" in it's name as seen in the output of the model command (rx6600). If there's no "x", it's PA-RISC.

Compare the model strings with the server model and check the below

Anything RP is PA-RISC/HP-9000
Anything RX is HP-Integrity/HP-Itanium

If you tell the first 2 digits of the serial number I can probably even tell you the age of your server ... ;-)
