How to lock the session CDE after a specific period of inactivity

I’m running HPUX 11i with a CDE environment and would like the screen to lock after a specific period of inactivity.

I edited the file dt.resources in $HOME/.dt/sessions/current and add the entries:

dtsession*extension.lockTimeout: 10
dtsession*extension.saverTimeout: 5

But this not work.
Any help would be much grateful.

This can be done through Style Manager. Click on the Style Manager icon, select Screen, then click on "Screen Saver: On", pick a Screen Saver, select your timeout period in "Start Saver". Then do the same for Screen Lock and click on OK.
