How to make scroll mouse scroll in IE5 on HP-UX?
Hi Folks,
I have a C3000 running HP-UX 11.00 with a A4983-60101 scroll-button mouse. The middle, scroll, button of my mouse will work OK on the scroll bars of terminal windows and Netscape (and other applications), but not with Internet Explorer 5.
Does anyone have any ideas to fix this?
Thanks in advance ...
Sharon

Re: How to make scroll mouse scroll in IE5 on HP-UX?
We need IE for compatibility with some parts of our intranet. I can use Netscape for external stuff, but need IE for the internal bits (don't ask ..., I just know it's something to do with using the Microsoft server, and I can't change that).

Re: How to make scroll mouse scroll in IE5 on HP-UX?
What X-emulator do you use? Reflection will support the scroll wheel as of version 10, which will hit the market soon, but is not yet available, so if you are connection to HP-UX using Reflection, you're just plain out of luck at the moment.
I don't know about Exceed.
Using fvwm on cygwin should yield no problem whatsoever, so I guess you are not using that ;)
