How to move users from 11.11 trusted to 11.31 Security Extensions

I have to migrate all users from the customers 11.11 trusted server to our 11.31 nontrusted with security extensions and shadow password file.

Is there any other way than setting the 11.11 in nontrusted mode and unsecuring the 11.31 for copying the passwd and group files? Maybe a migration tool? We do not want to ask the customer to set his server in nontrusted mode.
