How to only forward a subdomain DNS request to Active directory?

I posted earlier and have a slight twist. What if you want to ONLY forward a subdomain like sub.company.com to the dynamic DNS Windows 2003 server? Currently this is being done on HPUX 11.11 on a C3000 workstation.
