how to play music CD on my CD-ROM drive

Hallo to all music enthusiasts

I wonder if it is possible to get a music CD to be played on my built in CD-ROM drive. I have B2000 workstation and ux 10.20. The CD-unit got a headphone outlet and a volume dial. I seeked my system for anything like a CD frontpanel but did not succeed.
Is there any unix command to get the CD running ?
Please note that I have no c++ compiler so I can not make use of any freeware tool.

thanks for any suggestions
... we all can make it with a little help ...

Try this URL:
http://hpux.connect.org.uk/ftp/hpux/X11/Misc/xmcd-2.5/xmcd-2.5-sd-10.20.depot.gz

That's a pre-compiled HPUX 10.20 binary that runs under Motif. The same site probably has a couple of other players if that one is no good for you.

I used to use the xmcd software on my 10.20 system, worked like a charm, no compiling necessary.
a nice feature is you can configure it to connect to a database out on the internet, and when you put in a cd, it checks for the cd and if available gives you title and track listsings.

thanks to both of you

Had some customization work to do:
1. change XMcd.libdir: to /opt/xmcd/lib/X11 in app-defaults/XMcd
2. buid link .../config/rcd0 -> /dev/rdsk/c0t0d0
