how to replace a system disc ?

help!!!
my system disc makes a terrible noise.
i want to change it, but i want to copy the whole disk to a new one.
how can i do it ?
the system must boot after the copy from the new disc!
(i know how to replace it, but don??t know how to copy the data! (partitions)

With Norton Ghost, or DriveImage. If your gain is to make identical hdd. Maybe Diskcopy..
