How to restrict Oracle account from remote login via telnet

I am sure you would have seen this question like 100 times but what I want to know is instead of putting a small script in Oracle's .profile, Is there a magic setting I can use to disable this remote login and thus users will be forced to su to ORacle. In AIX world there is this flag and I am just wondering if it is there in HP world or the script is the only way. Thanks a bunch for all your ideas in advance.

Hi Anand

you can restrict oracle user to login via telnet editing file /etc/inetd.conf
a warrior never quits
