There is a utility called nfsstat for gathering this info.

It would help if you could offer some details about what problem you're trying to troubleshoot. There are dozens of different debug mechanisms in NFS, but I have no idea which ones to recommend without knowing what problem you're experiencing and what data you're hoping to collect.
