How to send gratuitous arp?

I've found articles stating that there was an 11.0 patch PHNE_17227 which provided an ioctl to resend the gratuitous arp from an interface. However, that patch is no longer available and I can't find any documentation on how to access this function.

Does anyone know what was changed and how to use it?

Try PHNE_32041 or PHNE_33395.

Looking through the 10.20 ioctl.h and the newer additions to 11.11, I may be looking for parameters to SIOCTARP?
