Hi,
#ioscan -fnC lan
you need to assign lan card i/o addresses to the partitions while craeting, which by default detect the respective lan card while booting

Re: How to solve this problem?HP-Unix rp8400
Hi David,
I suspect that there's a problem with the Vlan settings on the switch that these are connected to.
Also are these partitions "hard" Npars or "soft" Vpars?
Rgds,
Jeff

Re: How to solve this problem?HP-Unix rp8400
Hi David,
You will have to be more specific about this problem. Do you have 2 nPars (which is the maximum hard partition on the rp8400) or one nPar config'ed to two vPars?.
