How to stop postgres daemon

There is a lot topics about Postgres process but can' t find any solution how to stop postgres on 11.31.

Any suggestions?

Did you start it with rc(1m), a script under /sbin/init.d/?

I didn't start it from initd. It started authomatically. can't find any scrips there that starts postgres

The solution is /sbin/init.d/sfmdb stop
