How to submit bug report for HPUX(11.00, 11.11, 11.23) PAM MODULE

I want to submit a bug report on HPUX PAM module.
Where should I submit the report to ?
Do I need to purchase the support licence in order to do that ?

Yes, you need a support contract.
You either contact the Response Center or
Support Case Manager:

Shalom Yen,

HP has traditionally taken bug reports from all sources, whether or not there is a service contract in place.

You local response center should take the information.

More often than not, they find that the problem has to do with configuration, patching and other factors at which point they insist on a support agreement or per incident fee to provide the solution.

Hi Moh,

please log case to HP Response Center Support, so the case can be properly tracked and they also need qualify whether it is a bug or not. They will elevate the case to respective team.

I would say to keep a good document ready to explain and prove that it meets a bug criteria..There would be a lot of questions coming up when you want to report a bug.

you will need to log a case to HP in order for HP to qualify the bug that you have. it may already have a fix for what you are encountering now. for you to report the bug, you will need to have a valid support contract with hp.
