How to take Ignite backup across the network

Hi ALL,
I am having a HPBOX1 with HPUX 11i, and a DDS dat drive attach to it.

I am having other 5 HPBOX with HPUX 11i, having no tape drive.

I want to take the ignite backup for these 5 Boxses, using HPBOX1 DDS drive across the network.....

IS it possible? IF so then HOW?

It is NOT possible to use a remote tape drive with make_tape_recovery.

What you CAN do, however is to utilize make_net_recovery to create a network archive. You can then create a bootable tape from that network archive.

The procedures are outlined in /opt/ignite/share/doc/makenetrec.txt
