How to upgrade webmin?

Hi,
I am running an old version of webmin 0.98
I would like to upgrade it so that I can monitor a bulletin board phpBB2 from webmin.

I have downloaded the file from webmin.com to upgrade it and once it is gunzipped, I have then tried to upgrade it from the tar file. It generates an error stating that a timeout occured, extracting the tar file. The tar file contains thousands of files and the tar file is still extracting.
Does anyone know of a way to upgrade webmin on hpux 11i v1.
Is there a patch, or can I extract the files directly over the old version of webmin. The version of webmin, that is installed was installed on the box from the initial setup (about 2-3 years ago)

Webmin is part of this depot:
http://software.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=HPUXWSATW211

It is also part of Internet Express.

swinstall -s webmin

And webmin is uprgraded to the highest version supported in HP-UX.
