how to view webjet admin

We have webjet admin setup on our network but for some reason, only some IT personnel can view the site. First we thought it was a web browser version of IE 5.5 but we upgraded to IE 6.0 and it still wasn't viewable. For the people that it works for we cannot figure out how they can view the site. Is there a plugin we are missing, please help.

Don't really know Dwayne, did you try getting into jetadmin on your HP box and going to manage?

How are you trying to access the web jetadmin from your browser. I mean what is the address you are mentioning. It should be

http://Server_name.Domain_name:Port/

Server_name --> Name of the Server on which web jetadmin is installed.
Domain_name --> Name of the domain.

Port --> 80 or 8000

Try both and see if it works.
