Howto display lost ITRC password

Hi,

I'd been trying to reassign my ITRC login password in the form of the my-profile->change-passwd link (or so).
Of course had I to surrender because I must have typed the wrong old (viz. current) password over and over again.
How can I find out what my old password is, or rather how can I give me a new password without knowing the old one?

Hi Ralph,

On the login/register screen you can click on Recover lost user ID or Password:

You can have them sent to you by e-mail.

Hi Ralph, Mateja has you on the right track. You will need to know your userid and email address that you used when you registered. If you still have trouble, send an email to itrc_forums@hp.com
