HOWTO stopped the spamming on HP-UX 10.20?

I have a I have a problem whit the SPAMMING on UH-UX 10.20 and sendmail 8.8.6.
Where is the correct pacth to sendmail 8.8.6 that correct its?
On this HP-UX 10.20 there are mounted this bundle's:

The actual sendmail patch is PHNE_18979


Sendmail 8.8.6 provides new named rulesets which can be used to check
and reject abusive mail messages. The rulesets are:

check_mail
/etc/mail/SpamDomains
/etc/mail/Spammer.
check_rcpt

For enabling anti-spamming, uncomment the lines between '# Begin
Anti-Spamming' and '# End Anti-Spamming' in the new sendmail.cf supplied
along with sendmail-8.8.6. Also, create the files mentioned above with
the required entries to enable anti-spamming.
In the first patches for sendmail 8.8.6 the rulesets were enabled by
default which caused trouble because eg no browser could relay its mail
via the server to the outside world. In this case you need to manually
disable the anti-spamming rulesets.

Dear,
I have patched the sendmail but the file /etc/mail/sendmail.cf isn't
changed. Before and after patch its always same: DZ8.7.1. Into this file
there aren't specific rulset to anti-spamming.
If possible this?
Where can get the new or correct file sendmail.cf to HP?
