HP 5470 server not booting

hi friends,

Facing a problem in HP 5470 .L3000 server.
The server powers on and while testing the hardware gives the chassis logs ...saying processor general error.If I skip the errors it comes to

Relocating PDC Pages....

and then it again gives the chassis log and then on acknowledging ..

a list of lbot errors comes and the server restarts.

I have attached both console errors and GSP Errors.

Awaiting ur suggesstions.

i forgot to attach the console logs ,they r attached here
