HP 656 Printer

We got 12 nos of this printer in our Office, and all these printers have been giving problems. Sometimes the printer just refuse to work. We have to restart the machine 2-3 times to make it work. I don't know what's the problem.

Neither the vendor nor the HP peoples were able to identify the problem within the warranty period. Now that the warranty is over, no one is ready to take the responsibility of the printers.
