HP aC++ Compiler (S800) Installation Problem

I am trying to install HP aC++ Compiler (S800). The product is listing while I am giving a swlist -s /cdrom as follows.
B3911DB C.03.33.01 HP aC++ Compiler (S700)
B3913DB C.03.33.01 HP aC++ Compiler (S800)

But swinstall is not showing the product in the product list. Any idea?

I am working on this right now. Your inputs are highly appreciated.

Folks,

I cud close it. Got the licence code from www.licensing.hp.com by entering my customer id. I entering this codeword and it allowed me to install aC++
