HP CSA Exam

Hi to ALL,

I am preparing for HP CSA Exams now-a-days but dont have any book except hp-ux manuals downloaded from docs.hp.com
Somebody told me that there is a book called HP CSA Official Guide by Rafeeq Ur Rehman for this exam go and purchase it but I am feeling unlucky as I am not able to get it in any of book stores in delhi/NCR...

Please help me in getting this book...does anyone of you know from where i can get it ...
