Hi,

Is there a simple HOWTO tutorial available on how to configure HPDPS. I have downloaded the administration manual, 400+ pages. However, I am looking for something simpler and more concise.

BTW - I would just stick with the standard lp spooler - unless there are some functions that you need that only HPDPS provides...

Thanks Geoff,

It seems I overlooked the user's guide and went straight to the more complex administrator's guide.

The actual problem I have is this:

So I was thinking that maybe by setting up HPDPS I can have some options in the logical printer to print HEX (to view control characters), or specifically select or deselect extra form and line feeds.
