HP Integrity rx 1620 boot sequence

Hello:

I'm trying to update a device driver on an rx 1620, but I've forgotten how to interrupt the boot sequence to tell the machine to boot into vmunix.prev. (I'm assuming I'll panic the kernel a few times ;-) To make matters worse, the console I connected to the console/something/ups port on the back of the machine is asking for an MP Login, and only Admin or Oper can login. I need to access the traditional console as root. Should I just connect up a monitor to the VGA port and a keyboard to a USB port?

Thanks, for the help, haven't done any driver development in over two years and am a bit rusty.

Cheers,
-Dave

Re: HP Integrity rx 1620 boot sequence

You can login with user Admin , password Admin (default) on your MP

Here you choose the option CO

You still can interrupt your boot by pressing any key within 10 seconds if the server detects his bootpaths
