I hear about HP Integrity Virtual Machines for HPUX v3.
What operating systems can I install on HPUX VM????

The Guest O/S you can install depends on the version, but with an HP-UX 11iv3 Host, and the latest VM version, you can have the following as a Guest:
HP-UX 11iv2
HP-UX 11iv3
Windows 2003 64bit IA version
Windows 2008 64bit IA version
Red Hat Linux
Suse Linux
OpenVMS

Actually not quite right:
You can install HPVM on any HP-UX v3 Integrity machine. PARISC servers do not support IVM
