HP LJ 2015 Printer Script

We downloaded the HP LJ 2015 printer script from http://www.hp.com/pond/modelscripts/index2.html, however, it don't work. When we called HP, they said it was a known issue with no timeline for getting it fixed. Anyone else having a similar problem on HPUX 11i?
