I have one itanium with two disks connected, but when I do an
#ioscan -fnuCdisk, it shows me
disk 1 0/2/1/0/4/0.0.0 sdisk CLAIMED DEVICE HP LOGICAL VOLUME
/dev/dsk/c4t0d0 /dev/rdsk/c4t0d0
/dev/dsk/c4t0d0s1 /dev/rdsk/c4t0d0s1
/dev/dsk/c4t0d0s2 /dev/rdsk/c4t0d0s2
/dev/dsk/c4t0d0s3 /dev/rdsk/c4t0d0s3

No the system has two disk, but it doesn't shows:

At the machine are two disk, but when I do an ioscan this shows me HP LOGICAL VOLUME, and there are two solutions (I think):
1) One of the disk are bad connect
2) HP LOGICAL VOLUME means the 2 disks together ├В┬┐?
But, if HP LOGICAL VOLUME means only one disk, then I maybe have one disk wrong.
What do you think?

/dev/dsk/c4t0d0
is the special file for the disk
and the s1 s2 s3 is for the partition in the same disk then for me you see one disk.
