Thank you for your reply. It just has the disk & volumes related planning sheet. How about capturing other details like cluster name etc
Also can you provide me General installation and Planning steps. I have done couple of MCSG installations before, But havnt done with CFS

It costs you extra on licenses and support, while you can use Shared-LVM raw logical volumes and Oracle-ASM on top of that, both cost you nothing.

Oracle Cluster Ready Service + ASM can be used for this (It is free from Oracle 10g or above ) .

Actually customer currently has everything based on Symantec Storage foundation, for which the license is getting expired very soon and HP has recommended to use HP SMS to ease the migration.
