Yes. Try /opt/imake/bin/makedepend.

I see In the name that this  is a version HP-UX 11.23 .

is  there somewhere a more recent version of  this  for HP-UX 11.31  ?

Searching in Software Depot finds:

It does say: Imake utilities are delivered as unsupported.
